Wedding Shooting Schedule


If you landed on this page and your wedding is less than 6 weeks away you are at the right place! The long wait is finally drawing to a close as you are entering the final stages of planning and prepping for your special day.


We have compiled a SHOOTING SCHEDULE FORM below with essential information that we need from you so we are well informed and prepared.


We get that brides and grooms are busy and this form is saved and ready for you to come back to via the link in the email if you don't have time now.


SPECIAL REQUEST FROM US

GETTING READY: Please can you have a printed copy of your wedding invitation and any wedding stationary ready for us before the ceremony. We will take this with us and photograph both rings after the ceremony. Would also love to photograph wedding attire (dress, suit, shoes, jewellery, etc before you get dressed)


DECOR: We would require 15-20 minutes to capture the decor. This can be scheduled either before the ceremony should reception venue be ready or before/after formal portraits before guest enters the reception area.


CEREMONY: The first look is so special if you are not doing it before the ceremony my only request is to please slow down. Slow down when walking to meet each other at the altar. This will be the first time you are seeing each other on your wedding day, breath, relax, walk slowly and enjoy it. Same thing with the first kiss – slow down and make it long!


GROUP FORMAL PHOTOS: Please can you make somebody accountable for gathering people together for photos after the ceremony. It can be a family member or even your bridemaids/groomsmen that is familiar with most of your guest. It will really save alot of time instead of us running around between shots.

If we do this during the reception - a perfect time would be when they come to congratulate you if you have this scheduled.

Who will be responsible for getting the family together after the ceremony for photos? A close family friend/relative that's familiar with everybody.

If so would mom & dad mind taking a photo together?

Are there any restrictions for photos at the ceremony location we should know about or any restrictions from the minister/pastor/official?

Is there any shade at the ceremony location or is the ceremony set-up in full sun?

Is there a receiving welcoming line as you enter the reception area? Where will you be entering from? Are you doing a special dance whilst entering, etc. Please let us know here

What lighting will be on during the reception and will these be on for the duration of the night?

Are there any surprises you are planning for your guests/parents/partner at the ceremony/reception we should be aware of?

What do you hope for from the pictures of just you two?

We will do our best to capture all the important details of the day, but are there any other specific details that you would like to highlight and make sure we don't miss?
